Description: UNDP is implementing extended phase of Infrastructure for Climate Resilient Program (ICRG) in three states; Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Bihar. ICRG is a technical assistance program of DFID, UK with Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. The ICRG project is primarily aimed at integrating climate concerns into the MGNREGS activities – piloting them at grass root level and building capacity of various stakeholders in the planning/ implementing value chain.
Eligibility: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience of working on MGNREGS, Environment/climate change and livelihoods issues.
- Experience in implementing development programmes at the grassroot level related to NRM/Livelihoods and MGNREGA – the agency should have completed/ on-going at least one program on NRM/ MGNREGA during the last 5 years
- Team leader should have minimum Masters degree in Social work or Agriculture and at least 3 years experience of working on NRM / livelihood issues
