Description: UNDP seeks to engage the services of an agency having previous experience of successfully working at the district skills ecosystem to act as a bridge between MSMEs, Vocational Training Providers and individuals from vulnerable section of the society and ensuring access to job opportunities including internship and apprenticeship. These are to be done in association with the industry associations to ensure convergence with bridging the skills gap faced by the MSMEs
Eligibility: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing and implementing large scale projects/ programmes in youth engagement, youth capacity building skilling.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated competency in use of digital tools and platforms to also manage and strengthen youth awareness and mobilization, counselling, pre‐placement, placement and post‐placement efforts online, in addition to the on‐ground efforts
Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth employability skill program, career guidance, placement/ post placement assistance and employer onboarding process etc. in Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra. "
