Description: UNDP is seeking the services of experienced agencies to implement this strategic project to address the crisis in the craft sector and promote rural entrepreneurship as an option in Uttar Pradesh. The agencies should propose their execution strategies, implementation plan in detail; existing and proposed market linkages, financial proposal, etc.
Eligibility: "The agency should have the following experiences which are deemed necessary
for eligibility to be selected as a consultant.
i. At least three years of experience in working in non-farm sector or microenterprise promotion.
ii. Agency should have at least 3 years of existing experience in Uttar Pradesh.
iii. Agency should have at least of two years’ experience of creating training and capacity building modules and implementing similar program.
iv. The team leader should have at least 10 years of experience in rural livelihoods sector. "
